Dr. William Baltazar

Dr. Baltazar is a Fort Worth native and graduate of Texas Christian University. He received his dental education from Texas A&M University-Baylor College of Dentistry and completed his post-graduate residency in dental anesthesiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center.  He has been in private practice since 2000. Dr. Baltazar is a Fellow of the ADSA and Diplomat of the NDBA. He is an active participant in the Save a Smile Program. Dr. Baltazar has been married to his college sweetheart, Ellen, for 26 years. He enjoys spending time with their two boys, family and friends. Hobbies include golf, skiing, movies, and playing with his Giant Schnauzer and Greyhound.

Dr. Jinsoo Kim 

Dr. Kim attended University of Washington and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 2005. He decided to further his medical knowledge by pursuing General Practice Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he treated all types of patients including medically compromised patients. He went into private practice for three years after finishing his General Practice Residency where he learned his passion for anesthesia. He attended Loma Linda University to receive his certificate in Dental Anesthesiology. He became board certified by American Dental Board of Anesthesiology in 2012. During his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys sports, traveling, trying new food and spending time with his family.

Dr. Hasan Zia

Originally from New York, Dr. Hasan Zia received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed an intensive three-year residency in Dental Anesthesiology at Stony Brook University Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Hospital of Northport in NY. During this time, he further developed his skills on a cleft lip surgery mission trip to Sudan, where he provided anesthesia to children of all ages. Dr. Zia is board certified by American Dental Board of Anesthesiology (ADBA) as well as National Dental Board of Anesthesiology (NDBA) and is dedicated to providing safe and quality anesthesia services in the comfort of your outpatient dental/oral surgery office. In his free time, he enjoys biking, barbequing, watching movies and spending time with family.

Dr. Allison Lee

Dr. Allison Lee attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2018. She became interested in dental anesthesiology during dental school and decided to pursue a three year residency program at Stony Brook University Hospital. After graduating in 2021, she came onboard as the newest associate at LoneStar. Dr. Lee is a certified provider of ACLS and PALS. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, eating, and spending time with her friends and family.
